PLACID LEECH is a four-man band from Greifswald, Germany, formed in Autumn 2003. Their music – contrary to their name – is defined by loud, heavy guitar parts and raucous vocals. But the aggression of these is melted by the soft, deeply-felt and melancholy harmonies that follow, only to build up again a moment later to a powerful, intoxicating vocal performance. |
